Overview
U-VPN is a network client. It does not provide VPN servers, sell subscriptions, or require a U-VPN account. The app is designed to manage compatible server configurations on your device and connect to endpoints you select.
Information stored on your device
Server configurations, subscription addresses, routing profiles, DNS settings, and app preferences are stored locally in the application container or its Apple App Group container. Some of this information may contain credentials supplied by you or your service provider. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and configuration sources.
Network activity
When you connect, network traffic is routed according to the configuration you choose. U-VPN may make direct requests to subscription URLs, DNS resolvers, latency-test targets, connectivity-check endpoints, and the proxy servers you configure. Those third parties process traffic under their own terms and privacy practices.
Diagnostics
U-VPN may display local connection status, aggregate traffic information, latency results, and runtime logs to help you understand or troubleshoot a connection. Avoid sharing exported diagnostics unless you have reviewed them for information you consider sensitive.
Analytics and advertising
The current version does not include third-party advertising SDKs or cross-app tracking. If this changes, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated before the change is released.
Data deletion
You can delete individual servers, subscriptions, and routing profiles in the app. Deleting the app removes its local application data subject to Apple platform behavior and any device backups you control.
Children
U-VPN is a technical network utility and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product develops. The date at the top of this page identifies the latest version.
