The product
U-VPN provides the official Quick Connect VPN service and My Servers, client software for creating and managing your own compatible network tunnel configurations. Quick Connect currently offers locations in the United States, United Kingdom, and Japan. My Servers starts without personal nodes; you provide the servers or subscriptions you use.
Quick Connect includes a one-time 200 MB free allowance for uploads and downloads combined. This allowance does not reset monthly. An active Premium plan removes the app's Quick Connect allowance. My Servers is free to use and is not subject to this app allowance; your chosen providers may have their own charges and limits.
The free allowance is not an auto-renewing trial and does not become a paid plan when used up. Premium requires a separate purchase confirmed through Apple.
App use and ownership
The app is licensed, not sold. App Store downloads are also subject to Apple's applicable usage and licensing terms. U-VPN's original software, branding, and website materials belong to NETDGR Limited or their respective licensors. Open-source components remain subject to their own licences.
Premium subscriptions
Premium is available through monthly and annual auto-renewable App Store subscriptions. Prices, billing periods, and any offer available to your account are shown in the app and by Apple before purchase. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can restore purchases in the app and manage or cancel your plan through your App Store account settings.
Deleting the app or removing its VPN configuration does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation prevents future renewal. Premium access ends according to the expiry and any trial or refund conditions shown by Apple. If Apple offers you a trial subscription, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid renewal. The Quick Connect free allowance is separate from any Apple subscription offer.
Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled through Apple's refund process. Eligibility depends on Apple's rules and applicable consumer law. Cancellation does not itself request a refund. See Apple's cancellation instructions.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the server configurations, subscriptions, credentials, and routing rules you add, and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable law, network policies, and the terms of any provider you use. Do not use U-VPN to interfere with networks, access systems without authorization, or violate the rights of others.
Do not use the official service to distribute malware, send spam, commit fraud, or attack systems. Protect your credentials, import configurations only from sources you trust, and do not resell access to the official service.
VPN protection
VPN protection depends on an active connection and your routing settings. In My Servers, traffic assigned to Direct bypasses your chosen proxy server. A VPN does not guarantee anonymity or protect against malware, phishing, or information you voluntarily disclose to websites.
Third-party services
Connections may depend on servers, subscription publishers, DNS resolvers, certificate authorities, and other services that we do not operate. We are not responsible for their availability, security, content, or practices.
Availability and changes
Features, compatibility, pricing, and availability may change. We may update, suspend, or discontinue portions of the product when reasonably necessary.
We may restrict access to the official service when reasonably necessary to address serious misuse, security risks, or legal requirements. You may stop using the app at any time; manage any paid subscription separately through Apple. These provisions do not remove your applicable consumer rights.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how app data, official service requests, website visits, and support messages are handled. My Servers providers have their own privacy practices.
No warranty
To the extent permitted by law, U-VPN is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every server configuration, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, NETDGR Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss caused by third-party services, user-supplied configurations, or use contrary to these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. The current version will remain available on this page with its effective date. We will provide any notice required by applicable law for material changes.
