The product
U-VPN is client software for creating and managing network tunnel configurations. U-VPN does not include a VPN server, internet access, or a third-party service subscription.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the server configurations, subscriptions, credentials, and routing rules you add, and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable law, network policies, and the terms of any provider you use. Do not use U-VPN to interfere with networks, access systems without authorization, or violate the rights of others.
Third-party services
Connections may depend on servers, subscription publishers, DNS resolvers, certificate authorities, and other services that we do not operate. We are not responsible for their availability, security, content, or practices.
Availability and changes
U-VPN is currently in development. Features, compatibility, pricing, and availability may change before or after release. We may update, suspend, or discontinue portions of the product when reasonably necessary.
No warranty
To the extent permitted by law, U-VPN is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every server configuration, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Net DGR Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss caused by third-party services, user-supplied configurations, or use contrary to these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. The current version will remain available on this page with its effective date.
